Return Policy

We have specially tailored our furniture for you hence its non-refundable and non-exchangeable. When you receive your new furniture, it is important to check that the right products have been delivered and that there is no visible damage to the packaging or the product. We will not provide a refund or exchange just because the product did not meet your expectation or particular use. Unless the Products received are defective, we are unable to refund, exchange or credit where you or other third parties that may have caused or contributed directly or indirectly to any damage to the Products whilst they were in your possession or control.

Return Policy

If you have received incorrect, missing or damaged/defective items during delivery, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. We unfortunately would not be able to offer you an exchange if 7 days have gone past since you first received your item. We would require visual proof (picture or video) of the damage/defect during your first inspection of the item along with the receipts you are given upon purchase of the item. Please email them tohello@poetliving.comto initiate conversation. Our customer service representative will assist you with the Exchange and guide you through the process. Defective or damaged items and incorrect items that are purchased can only be exchanged with the same item or correct item (subjected to stock availability) For you to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and appear in the same condition that you have received it. Make sure it is in its original packaging too. All damaged / incorrect items must be returned to Poet showroom in order to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange. For replacement items that are out of stock or unavailable for exchange, we will reimburse you with store credit or a gift voucher of the same amount. Please note that the original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
